PCM is a specialist of the compression as well as injection moulding technology of plastic materials – offers entire manufacturing and tools for the automotive industry.

Technological innovation and custom service are core to its business, indeed PCM provides targeted solutions for customers in the field of manufacturing equipment for car and industrial vehicle interior upholstery and heat/sound insulation.

PCM is involved at the earliest of stages in the development and design of the project, process and methodology, providing the know-how matured in years of experience in the field worldwide to ensure reliability and quality of its products.

PCM’s qualified engineers and technicians provide full service, from co-designed projects developed in close collaboration with customers – to the manufacturing of tools, cutting tools and finishing equipment and the launch of tooling at the customer’s production plant.

History

PCM Plastic Compression Moulds srl was established in 1999 by a group of experts and technicians in thermoforming technology from key and existing companies of the automotive industry in the region.

In 2000, PCM started a cooperation with CELME Srl, an industrial supplier of injection moulding tooling. PCM’s vision was to integrated the two technologies.

Following the merge in 2007, PCM integrated its existing workshop with CELME’s as well as incorporating its human resources, expertise and know-how.

In 2007, PCM became part of a group of companies primarily operating in the USA and Mexico, and precisely under the ownership of NWP Inc. a privately owned company registered in the USA and already part of AESSE Investments.

In 2016, NWP Inc. was incorporated within SACO AEI Polymers. Today PCM srl is part of SACO AEI Polymers.

PCM facilities cover a total surface of 2450 sq. mtrs of which 500 sq. mtrs are offices for the management, administration and engineering and 1900 sq. mtrs of tool shop unit for the construction, industrialization and try out of tooling.
